Put the breed on the end: /api/random/golden

Everything else

/api/breeds	Every breed, its name and how many pups it has.
/api/pups?page=1	24 pups at a time as JSON. Add `&breed=golden` to filter. Keep going with the `next` page number it gives you.

GIFs come from GIPHY. The source field links to the original if you want to credit it.
